Boiler Steam Amalgamation Safety Requirements

2. When juxtaposed, care should be taken to keep the steam pressure, steam temperature and water level stable, and slowly increase the boiler evaporation.
3. According to the rise of the steam temperature, the desuperheater is put into operation.
4. When the steam pressure, steam temperature and main steam flow of the boiler meet the turbine cranking conditions, contact the turbine to rush.
5. Boiler steam amalgamation conditions:
1)  When the following conditions are met, contact with the long value and the running positions of the turbine to prepare for steaming.
2)  The boiler has no major defects.
3)  The combustion is stable.
4)  The steam temperature is above 510 °C and not higher than 545 °C.
5)  The steam pressure is lower than the parent pipe pressure by 0.1-0.2 MPa.
6)  The steam quality is qualified.
6. Boiler steam amalgamation considerations:
1)  Keep steam temperature, steam pressure and combustion stable.
2)  The water level of the drum is slightly lower than the normal water level by 30 to 50 mm.
3)  Open slowly and open the door slightly bypass until it is fully open, and pay attention to the temperature changes on both sides of the furnace door.
If the main steam pipe is impacted by water, stop the steam amalgamation and strengthen the water dredging immediately. After the impact is eliminated, the steam addition is combined.
