At present, most of the printing and dyeing enterprises, mercerizing machine with 80% of the alkali, the light alkali returned by the mercerizing machine after the expansion evaporator concentration repeated use.In the process of concentration, the condensed water and cooling water can output 80% of the heat energy of the expansion evaporator .If we can use this part of heat energy fully, it is of great significance for enterprises energy saving, reduce consumption and improve product quality.
The heat loss caused by heat dissipation in the expansion evaporator in the process of light alkali concentration accounts for about 20%, and this heat energy can be reused.
Energy saving: the heat energy of the expansion evaporator that can be used twice
1. Steam condensate: high temperature pure water, all used for mercerizing machine washing box spray water.
2. Cooling water: with the same quality of production water supply, the maximum use for mercerizing machine and dyeing line with hot water washing box, as well as workers’ daily bathing and winter heating water source.
3. Steam alkali cooling water: distilled water with alkali content of 0.05g/L, all used for the combination of boiling and bleaching and water washing tank.
Energy saving application case of expansion evaporator
At present, the annual output of a company is 40 million meters. It produces all kinds of agricultural machinery weaving materials with cotton, polyester and elastic as raw materials within 1.8m gate width. It has two combination lines of desiccating and bleaching, one pair of straight-roll and stretch-roll pin-mercerizing machines, two pairs of pure cotton and polyester cotton dyeing lines, and two sets of JKZ-216 expansion evaporators.
Taking two months operation as the reference data, the production cost can be saved at least 147,000 yuan per month by making good use of the heat energy of the expansion evaporator.
